DeLuca engaged Ryan Civil Contracting to carry out the external road widening of Settlement Road and minor re-aligning of Samford Road Keperra. The contract between DeLuca and Ryan Civil Contracting also consisted of removing and replacing live sewer mains and water mains and was extended to the internal pavement works.
